Due North is a partnership, which means we support you and each other. We work together to ensure all of our clients’ needs are met and that at least one of us is always here for you.
About Dalecia Young, Founder, Full Spectrum Doula
When I first learned I was pregnant I experienced firsthand the strength and power found in learning and understanding my own body, exercising my autonomy, and advocating for my own freedom, my options, reproductive and otherwise. In addition to the courses, workshops, conferences, formal training, and avid independent study, I am continuously informed by my empathy and intuition.”

About Reba Lugo-Sena, Community Doula
“As a birth worker I aim to support families with culturally appropriate, evidence-based information while giving emotional and physical support to the laboring person. I strive to advocate for my clients to the very best of my ability as I continuously work on educating myself and learning from the people around me.
Through my completed coursework and workshop training, in both postpartum and labor, I’ve gained experience to help empower clients through all stages of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I will deliver a safe and comfortable space to clients with compassion and understanding of the vulnerable journey that childbirth can be. I believe supporting all clients in an unbiased and open-minded environment will create a loving and nurtured home from day one.”
